The terms that govern your use of Roles Witch AI — please read them carefully before using the App.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Roles Witch AI ("we," "us," "our," or the "App"). They govern your access to and use of the Roles Witch AI mobile application for iOS and any related services we provide.
Roles Witch AI is a free application that runs AI models entirely on your device. Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
By using Roles Witch AI, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, access, or use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates.
Roles Witch AI is a voice assistant application that enables you to interact with artificial intelligence models through text, voice, and vision. All AI inference is performed entirely on your device using on-device models.
What is "inference"? In the context of these Terms, "inference" means the act of running an already-trained AI model to produce an output (such as a text reply, a transcription, or an analysis of an image) from an input you provide. It is the step that actually generates the AI's response. In Roles Witch AI, inference happens entirely on your iPhone's hardware — your prompts and the model's responses never leave your device. Roles Witch AI does not train AI models and does not operate inference servers of its own. The only network activity required for AI functionality is a standard HTTPS download when you install a new on-device model; after that, the model runs offline.
The App is provided free of charge. We do not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or any paid tiers.

Your use of Roles Witch AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
Roles Witch AI ships with the LFM2.5 model from Liquid AI bundled directly in the App. Your use of this bundled model is governed by the Liquid Foundation Model License (LFM‑1), which is available at https://www.liquid.ai/lfm-license. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to comply with the terms of the LFM‑1 License with respect to the bundled model. LFM2.5 and the LFM brand are the property of Liquid AI, Inc., and nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in them beyond those expressly provided by the LFM‑1 License.
The App may also allow you to download additional on-device AI models over standard HTTPS from their hosting location. You acknowledge and agree that:
Important: Roles Witch AI does not operate AI inference servers, and the App does not transmit your prompts, conversations, images, or voice data to any remote endpoint. All AI processing happens on your device.
You agree not to use Roles Witch AI, and not to attempt to use it:
The App, including its name, logo, visual design, user interface, code, and associated materials, is owned by Roles Witch AI and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, for both personal and commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You retain full ownership of any content you generate through the App, and you are free to use such content, including commercially, in accordance with these Terms.
No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
As between you and us, you retain any rights you have in the content you input into the App. You grant us no rights in such content, because we do not collect or store it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roles Witch AI and its developers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and economic-sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States, the European Union, and your jurisdiction of residence, in connection with your use of the App and any AI capabilities accessed through it. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive embargo, and that you are not listed on any sanctioned-party list maintained by any government.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use. We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including Sections 3 (AI Disclaimers), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) — will survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, and without prior individual notice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and may, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at the address below. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to you as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
